| I have a client with a home in Laguna Niguel. The home over looks the Ocean on the Bluff. The Married Couple just got a divorce and the husband who is a Multi Billionair left the home to his wife who now is Broke and is desperate. I am looking for a lender/bank/private investor to see if anyone can help. Current Value of Home is $3,275,000 and she currently has a 1st note in the amount of $2,012,000 and owes back taxes about $90,000. We are looking for a second that will require Minimum docs or better yet NO DOCS. Her Fico score is shot, no income as of now (was geting $55,000 a month from her x husband but he cut her off) and no job that gives her a set income(she works for the Eygeptian Government and US Senate). Time is criticle. My goal is to sell the house after we get the loan so we can have all the debt paid off and find her a small home out of state. Please let me know.. EMail me at LedByOne@Gmail.com |

Your're nut. No one would lend this on a second mortgage.
