I am looking for a lender for the following scenario. Please help:
70% ltv (CA property)
800k loan amount
SISA
Cash Out
Owner Occ
816 fico
Self employed (well established 40 year old business)
Looking for the lowest payment possible. Any ideas? |

| Need 12 months PITI and we'd look at it. Can you tie business assets in? |
