Does anyone know who can do an 86 acre plot of land...with a nice home and large horse boarding facility (mixed use property)? It is in Oregon value is about 850k total. Looking to take about 15k cash out and get into a FIXED rate.....If you can do this in general email me and I will send you specifics..
