Do anyone know who does lot loans,Purchase price of $260k, I have a 742 fico, full doc, 11 acres of land with producing walnut trees there is a 1982 mobile on the property but not in good condition according to borrower, and no perm foundation so borrower is not given it any value,I need 75%cltv.
