Hey Guys,
Have you run into this, and what did you do.... I have a customer that has shopped around. I know, it's the customers fault, but now the person that filed the FHA case # is refusing to undo it. They say if the customer isn't going to work with them, then they will not get an FHA loan. What can I do for my customer?

| Have the homeowner request in writing to the local HUD office that they want it reassigned. It should happen quickly. |

| yes, hud will re-assign it for you with this kind of problem (and they won't be too happy with the company) |
