Got a gal who is relocating from California and owns her own business. She is a courter reporter and does well for herself in Cali, but has no contracts or anything up here that shows she will generate income. 60% LTV, but my UW says no since there is no cotracts set up here.
You have any ideas how to get this through? |

| Any loan, you must show that the client has initially the ability to pay it back! |
