If you need private money because of the FICO, Stonecrest is an option.
The 35% down payment has to be sourced and seasoned, and it cannot be a seller carryback.
We do a 3yr fixed/1 yr ppp or 5yr fixed/2yr ppp, IO or 30/40/50 yr am, 4 pt cost, 11-12% |
