Does anyone have a good contact at wamu commercial? I have a small commercial loan that needs to get placed. thanks

WAMU is not accepting new brokers right now.

Actually I have placed loans through the commercial department, and they were easy to work with, and at times have some good products.

Nothing like the wholesale broker channel that sucked.

WAMU accepts broker packages but, won't collect your fee for you. You will need to submit a fee agreement to escrow in order to get paid from the loan proceeds.

Thanks for the contacts, they have great rates and programs. Only way to get paid however is a invoice/referral. Retail only

Wells Fargo does the same thing on refinances - so I suggest not sending any refinances to Wells - unless you like working for nothing!
