110% CLTV,
730 fico,
30 DTI,
Approve/Eligible,
0x30,
Maryland.
The new first loan will be at 88% LTV. Does anyone know who will do a 110%CLTV FHA deal??
I just had a Approve/Eligible with a CLTV above 100% denied from Citi for no reason. |

Hi, We at Assurity Financial will accept FHA refi with CLTV over 100% we do not have a cap and we lend in MD and 29 other states. Please feel free to contact me and I can get you set up and file submitted asap. We also lend on MFG for FHA and VA per HUD
