Who is the best wholesale lender to do a either a fannie rehab or a fha 203 k rehab. i have a borrower that owes 80k on a property worth 120K as is or 150K fully rehabbed. 720's ficos, full doc. We are not currently an approved FHA broker, so anything done as fha would have to be done as a fha referral. The property is in CT.
Any ideas where i can get this deal done?

wells is really pushing these retail in new england right now. . .haven't done one with them wholesale, not sure if they do . . .
M and T used to be my go-to. |
