I have two situations where I need a lender for Foreign Nationals:
Situation 1: Englishman who owns 3 properties - 1 in London, 1 in S. London, and a Condo in a building no more than 4 stories in S. Boston, MA. Does not live or work in the US. Considers this a 2nd/Vacation Home. Closed on it April 2008. Purchase price $300,000 but appraised at $320,000. Current mortgage balance $238,500. Would like to do a cash-out to 80 LTV on appraiased value foir $256,000.
Situation 2: Canadians who do not live or work in the US and own a investment (rental) property in Kansas City, MO. Currently owns free and clear of any mortgage. Credit score probably "Fair" (640 to 679). In need of a cash-out of $50,000 LTV 71.4 Value $70,000.
If you can or know of anyone who can do any of these mortgage please advise. |

Lew, if your Englishman has US based credit, you might try ING.
As to the other question, I guess I would have to defer to "The Mortgage Professor" -- isn't he on the Amerisave payroll? |
