Do you need a new way to find mortgage leads and make money while you are doing it? I am a licensed Real Estate agent in Arizona and was introduced to a program called the Money Merge Account about 6 months ago. It is a mortgage acceleration program put out by a company called United First Financial. My husband and I started introducing this to our real estate clients and have found a GREAT way to supplement our income during the down market.
I recently started doing loans because so many of our clients wanted to refinance when they were introduced to the Money Merge Account program. So now, we are making money off refinances as well as helping homeowners pay off their mortgages in a fraction of the time.
