One of our private investors is searching for prime oceanfront properties in SoCal only.
Commercial or Residential. Will purchase, lend in 1st or 2nd position or invest as an equity partner.
Prefers OC (He has a home here) but will look at San Diego, L.A. (prefers Malibu) and Ventura county.
ANY condition, construction completion, tear down or rehab OK, permits a must.
Up to $15M, possibly more for the right deal.
Brokers protected, of course.
