Hi, we are working on a "new" thing for our office.
We'd like to get started with using a hosted dialer, & obtaining a few different lists to call to.
I know who we'll use for the dialer svc, etc...I've been in touch with Pat & John from the outpost already....
What i need some help with is figuring out where to get the list from, & what types of filters to use, & how much to spend (cost per record, how many to get at once, etc.)
I'd really like to hear from anyone who has been doing this kind of marketing to get your take on what works. Help me learn from your mistakes, & experience.
I am going to start a little slow, & only in one state.
looking primarily for 2 types of clients: Refinances from higher rates, ARMS, subprime...most of which I will look to take FHA, & renters to develop into purchase loans & send as referrals to my local agents.
Anyone have something that can help?
A good company to deal with?
Suggestions?
