Let me try to break down your post...
You have a laundromat purchase...
Apparently the purchase price of the property is $1.5M?
They only have $150K to put down?
I'll stop you right there - not enough down for that type of property.... unless you go SBA, you will need at least 25% down payment plus fees....
What is the rest of your post? a house and then another house? what is that?
