Has anyone used this company before? I am using them for the 1st time and wanted to know what others have experienced with their down payment program. Is Nehemiah better?

Doing my first one also. Just submitted the original 1 page document and approved in 24hrs. Way easier than expected. Been around since 1999 or so. Got my vote!

Why do you like Nehemiah better? Ameridream is even willing to give you free marketing supplies (postcards, rider signs for you LOs that work w/ realtors). Does Nehemiah do the sam? I entered my borrower's info and was approved in like 4 hrs! Do you guys use Peter Ereg?

AmeriDream is great! I have used them for years. Just ask for marketing materials and you will get them. Processors and closers like them too!
