| I have a Permanent Resident Alien who just received his ss# last month. He does not have any established credit, but is willing to put 50% down. Purchase in Houston, TX. Anyone out there doing 50%ltv to a Permanent Alien with a ss# but no credit/score??? |

| if you have 50% down, you should be able to do that fha with no problem at all. |
