Here's the deal:
SFR, 2nd home
property located in Northville, NY (owned free and clear)
60% LTV, Cash out, debt consolidation
497 fico

I had this client Fannie Mae approved and his credit dropped 100pts to below 500. Five recent 30 day lates on various credit cards and 1x30 on primary mortgage.
