yes... is it refi or purchase?
what is the purchase price/value for the building?
how about environmentals?

To add to the list of questions. Hows the credit and is this Owner Occ or being leased to someone? Also when you said real estate ( building ) is the land leased? If interested email me these answers and answers to what EMS asked. These answers will determine the direction of this deal. |

We offer full doc or stated, choice of 3,5,10 yrs and fully fixed with amort to 30 yrs.

The parameters of this deal seem viable.
Here is our focus:
A/R loans Factoring Machinery & Equipment Sale-leasebacks Business Acquisitions Any Income producing properties (acquisitions and refinancing)
We also participate in the following types of financing domestically and internationally:
Bridge Loans, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Working Capital, Import-Export, Intermediate Term Lending, Inventory, Leasing, Leveraged Buyouts, Management Buyouts, Mezzanine, Participations, Recapitalizations, Refinancing, Tax Exempt
Real Estate-
Acquisitions and Development (income-producing): Apartments, hotels, offices, agricultural, industrial, multi-use
Up to 85% LTV
Mergers and Acquisitions (business-related)-
Up to 90% LTV
Size- $1-500M
