What part of Florida? We are on the east coast of the sunshine state (dodging fires)....

Sounds good, DSCR at the new loan amount is key. Long term leases? Any major anchor? I'm here in FL as well. Email me and I'll tell you what I need to see. |

Rate/Term to 85% w/600 score... Cash-Out to 75% w/600 score...
I'll get you a letter of interest without you having to give me your borrower's info.
I know how uneasy it can make you feel - giving your borrower's name and contact info to somebody you're not familiar with. Especially when it's a commercial deal.
