| Have them make the payments and then do a credit supplement through your credit provider and that should satisfy your condition. |

Depends on your credit company but more importantly the mortgage company.
With us, credit plus is fast as they can be BUT some servicers will take forever and some flat out refuse unless the borrower requests it and then they may only be willing to do it through written requests and mail. Some are fast, some take up to 14 days. You may have to have the borrower try to light a fire under them.
