need help with placing 2 NOO Rehab Loans in NY I need around 70% ARV that will include purchase, repair & closing cost. Borrower score is over 740 & he is a season investor.

If you know someone that can assist me I would really appreciate that.

Rates and points are steep, but if you set up a guy with them, and he uses them consistently, you get residuals!
