1. SIVA, Owner Occupied, Cash Out, at 75%, 749 Mid Score, 1.8 million loan, need Option Arm in North Carolina.

2. Full-Doc, Investment Property, Cash Out, at 80%, 760 Mid Score, 1.6 million loan, need Option Arm in North Carolina.

I don't think you are going to find a lender for either one of those.
