WOULD ALL LENDERS WHO CAN FUND STATED LOANS FOR SELF EMPLOYED ANSWER WITH RATES AND PRODUCT INFO

LTV to 75%
Loan amounts up to $750,000
1x30 mortgage history allowed
40-year term available
Financing for SFR owner occupied properties
