He said I was wasting his time on this deal I am working on.

I told him that I was spending alot of time here too, so doesn't that make it "our time."

He didn't get it.

No, I'm not that old. I went there for summer school a few years after the movie was made.

Maybe he'll show up to your house with his rate sheets and guidelines to review.

Maybe he was busy updating his resume and any file that any LO was working on was a waste of his time.

Was he a sub-prime AE? (or just a sub-par AE?).

Another end to the day and nothing resolved with my deal, waiting for "corporate" to make a decision, supposed to close at 3 pm today, nope, Mr. Hand has done all he can.

Remember back when, when A/E's had some pull.. I mean these guys would get involved with Management, do what ever they could to close the loan, if a loan was melting down, they would be as pissed as you are, but now... WIMPS

This is an easy deal.. I just dont get it. All they have to do is add an escrow repair balance of 4000, the borrower will bring the cash to the table and complete the repairs in 30 days, we are talking a leaky fawcett, a drywall crack, and something with the furnace. It's a HUD repo, and this lender doesn't get it at all, they underwrote the file, gave me a CTC, and then said "oh, we need corporate approval for an ERB"

1 day

2 days

3 days

Still nothing... MR. HAND.... YOU SUCK!!!!!!

ps.. it's really not Mr. Hands fault, not yet anyway.

This is the funniest scene IMHO

Jefferson's Brother: My brother's gonna kill us! He's gonna kill us! He's gonna kill you and he's gonna kill me, he's gonna kill us!
Jeff Spicoli: Hey man, just be glad I had fast reflexes!
Jefferson's Brother: My brother's gonna ****!
Jeff Spicoli: Make up your mind, dude, is he gonna **** or is he gonna kill us?
Jefferson's Brother: First he's gonna ****, then he's gonna kill us!
Jeff Spicoli: Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.

Lets see if Mr. Hand comes through today.

I have a feeling I will be flipping this loan to Taylor bean, at least they know what the hell they are doing, it may take them a month to underwrite the file, but at least they understand a HUD REPO!!!!

You may be crossing Fast Times at Ridgemont and The Breakfast Club, or maybe Harold and Kumar go to White Caslte, not sure.

Either way you should rent them all. And you might as well get Real Genius too.

I think you mean Rock-n-Roll High School w the Ramones.

Saw Cry Baby on TV last night again. I always try to watch Johnny Depp flicks. He went to my High School (along w Vincent D'Onofrio) for 2 semesters. I never met him (we had 4500 students) although I heard he was quite the Spicoli in High School
