| I'm not really new to FHA. Been doing it for a couple years now. However, this is the first time that I have been doing FHA from behind the scene. I've heard about total scorecard before but haven't done anything with it. All the AUS findings I get say "pending total scorecard" or whatever. I've also seen many posts recommending running tough loan scenarios through Total Scorecard. Can someone please explain what total scorecard is to me in Barney terms? |

Thanks for the Bump! Someone has to know something about Scorecard right? And no it isn't the notebook you see the old guy writing in while wearing huge earphones while at the baseball game.

| If you run it FHA in AUS, it should say something like...this findings are according to the FHA scorecard. There is no need to do anything else, both DU or LP do this. |

if you are doing it right, the AUS findings ARE the total scorecard findings
sounds like you have a glitch somewhere when you are running the AUS. You need to specify FHA when you do it. |

go to www.FHAOK.com then click on the: FHA Tools link then click on the: score an FHA loan link
this will gve you an general idea of what the criteria is and how it's weighted, which will let you know the strengths and/or weaknesses of your file |
