Looking for private money or institution money for the following:
I'm buying all of these properties with CASH and I want to leverage out as many as possible. I have $300,000.00 of my own funds invested.
CASH OUT REFI
SISA or SIVA
FICO 730 (limited trade history—6 months only)
SFR
N/O/O
USE CURRENT APPRAISED VALUE
LTV: 60-75%
I’m looking for the right investor to fit my needs.
All of the properties will be rented to Section-8 tenants…
Please let me know immediately. I will have at least 3 deals immediately and about 4-5 per month.

Don't count on any private lenders using your appraised value.
They will do their own valuations and I can almost guarantee you they will be considerably less than your appraisals. |

Probably about 35-40% less.
