I need to find a lender for a small commercial land loan. Loan will be short term, owner is going to open his next resturant on the site. He has one location that has be open for 10+ years. The property is on the main street in town with very high traffic count. It is a perfect location.
Loan amount $250,000
Land valued at $700,000.

Craig... where did the 'land valued' amount come from? estimate or recent mai appraisal....
That loan amount should be a good one to get done....
