| Any suggestions as to who would still do (non-hard money) NINA or SIVA, 30 year ARM's type deals for people with good FICO's, but no ability to document income? |

| If anyone is doing NINA (non hard money that is) I would definitely like to hear about it. I'm sure it's probably 75% max with a 795 mid. |

Actually I was just adding companies to my contact list. No particular need right now. I would like to add few more of these lenders:
NINA / No Income No Asset Loan (NINA) & No Income Verification Loan (NIV) & no doc loan (No Doc) & Stated Income / Stated Assets (SASA) & Stated Income / Verfied Assets (SIVA) |

I don't think you are going to find anyone doing NINA or No doc anymore. SIVA is hard enough to find now.

So, for SIVA who would you recommend? |

Yeah, I took this from their retail site" "Loans that require little or no documentation of your income or assets."
