Any suggestions as to who would still do (non-hard money) NINA or SIVA, 30 year ARM's type deals for people with good FICO's, but no ability to document income?

If anyone is doing NINA (non hard money that is) I would definitely like to hear about it. I'm sure it's probably 75% max with a 795 mid.

Actually I was just adding companies to my contact list. No particular need right now. I would like to add few more of these lenders:

NINA / No Income No Asset Loan (NINA) & No Income Verification Loan (NIV) & no doc loan (No Doc) & Stated Income / Stated Assets (SASA) & Stated Income / Verfied Assets (SIVA)

I don't think you are going to find anyone doing NINA or No doc anymore. SIVA is hard enough to find now.

So, for SIVA who would you recommend?

Yeah, I took this from their retail site" "Loans that require little or no documentation of your income or assets."
