Ok, I have a scenario that I need absolute best pricing:
Value: 4mm Loan: 650k LTV: 16% FICO: 831 FUll Doc OO SFR CA - Malibu
Wants a 5yr I/O, Need a little rebate, par and a cost rate??? Thanks. |

| Can't see why you can't get a FNMA/FHLMC jumbo with that. If that score doesn't du/eligible, then it's time to toss it in. Pricing should be in the low 6's. |

| You need portfolio pricing for that scenario....arms and IO arent available on the jumbo conforming loans. |
