Full Doc...663 Fico on the primary...728 on the co-borrower...back end ratio will be around 45....Cost to build the home is $318,000. Land on which the house sits is free and clear and worth $50,000 - $75,000.

Property is an SFR. Property is located in California.

Looking for Max LTV.

CITI will do it full doc with a 660 score. I think max LTV is 75% but you will need a general contractor. Rates and terms are great
