Ok everyone, this is going to be my first experience with LLC....
Client is setting up an LLC for future ownership of newer properties.... This will be the first purchase under the LLC soooo Here's the situation The Guarantor of the LLC 800 borrower Owns 5 mortgages 1 Home she lives in 1 apartment complex 5 Rentals
Can Provide Tax Returns can put 10-20% down They are buying a historical property (good shape built in 1888) for $296k State Of MO Non Owner Occ
Who's going to be the easier investor to work with???
