| Buyer's moving to CO for family reasons. 793 mid score with 20% down plus plenty reserves wanting to buy SFR O/O $250-$350K purchase price. Don't have jobs yet in state. Does anyone offer a No-Doc in Colorado? Any suggestions other than renting until they get jobs here? |
