Who can do this loan.

Really? Then why whenever Unifund sends out an "approval" to any of my brokers are they always priced much higher? Also, why have no loans closed? And what's up with Newport Lending trying to steal my brokers clients telling the client not to work with the broker?
Can you answer any of these questions? Can you give me the name and number of one broker that will compliment Unifund on their loan proceedure?

I can do this loan on a 40 year fully amortized loan fixed due in 10 with 3 month prepayment penalty with a cost 3.50% and $695 underwriting fee.
