| I have just signed up with ushud.com, they are the only free site that you can view foreclosures on. I was wondering if any one has tried them? I did receive 3 leads in the first few hours. If any one is interested in getting some info on this contact me. |

| They were just like other leads I have received from other lead companies. Everything except s.s. number and birth date. |

| Yes there is a monthly fee/ $195. I have a few areas that are supposed to produce 70 apps/month. They say they have a 18% closing ratio, so I should be doing about 12 more loans a month. If you would like his contact info I will post it. |

| I am a former mortgage broker (all 50 states) and we made the decision about a year ago to focus strictly on credit enhancement. I still have great mortgage clients, though. Does anyone have an interest in trading some credit repair leads for my refi leads? We really do a great job of working with people to improve their score and coach them on positive financial habits so they'll come back to you with better credit AND a better financial pciture overall. I'd love to work with a few brokers around the country who know what they are doing. |
