Cashout refi for office condo located in Sanford, FL.
Full doc
Fico 740
75% LTV
NOO
Stabilized
Borrower is looking for a rate below 6% if possible.
Anybody know of a lender who can do this for me? |

LIz,
A rate under 6? probably not going to happen for a few reasons...ONe is the loan amount, its too small. It fits in the small balance commercial arena...rates for this type of property and loan amount normally will begin in the high 6's and for the most part be in the mid 7's.
Maybe a local bank can do this in the 6's...
worth a shot there...
