I can highly recommend Bruce, and his telemarketed leads. His leads are one of the primary reasons that I was able to "graduate" from being a loan officer to being an investor.
Bruce first started telemarketing for me in 1998, and I have closed a lot of loans over the years from his leads. Now, I only work "quick turn" distressed real estate and non-performing loan leads, with the majority of my leads coming from Bruce.

Yep, loan mod leads are FREE to anyone who signs up for LOAN leads. It is by prepaid time-block for a certain amount of hours of calling. I'm flexible. ARM reset leads are still HOT in Calif!!
Best thing to do is call me, and lets talk. Id be glad to fax a few sample leads to you, and show myou that these are REAL leads. Exclusive, not resold.

These are California & Oregon leads. If you can do those states, then great!
What is HOT right now, are FHA LOAN LEADS!! I dont even write up a l;ead unless it has a decent chance of refi.
The best telemarketers are experienced loan officers like myself. Ive been getting good leads since 1998.
LOAN MOD LEADS ARE HOT!! And will be for quite a while. You can get loan mod leads AND loan leads for one price!! If you just do one or the other, find a partner and split up the cost. With the rates so good now, I may not be doing this special much longer. I work for one and two man shops best, and its affordable: These are REAL LEADS, not lists, with folks interested in refi or loan mod. They are EXCLUSIVE, NOT RESOLD, REAL TIME, FRESH leads!

LOAN MODS ARE GOING TO SAVE THE HOUSING INDUSTRY!!!
I dont sell leads, and let me tell you why. When a lead company sells leads, they get a certain price...
Exclusive, semi exclusive, and old garbage. Bad leads are replaced with more bad leads, and you end up wasting a lot of time chasing bad leads!!! And money!
So this is why I dont sell leads. I just give my client every lead that comes in when I call for them. . I charge for my time by the number of hours you book for, prepaid.
No one can tell you that you will get a xxx% of return or profit! It all depends upon your sales ability, and how well versed you are with whatever you do. I have a lead management system that is easy for you to follow. All you have to do is call my leads back in a timely fashion, with the idea of grabbing their attention.
If you know your product well you will be sucessful.
Telemarketed leads are always the best leads you can get. Why?
A) Prospects have been personnaly contacted, and want to talk to you!
B) They have admitted an interest in what you have to offer
C) In most cases, I get valuable information on them, to qualify them beforehand
The reason it all works, is because I have many years of experience generatinmg leads, and KNOW what is a lead, and what isnt. Its that simple. I have many years in the mortgage business, and know how to pre-qualify folks. No, I do not want to work your leads, because I have too many of my own leads to work already. I do not do loan mods myself, I just get leads for loan mods. Yes, I do have good refernces, and would like to fax you a few sample leads, and call my references.
All I can say, is they are HONEST leads, not lists, like some folks sell on this forum.
Yeah, Im an old-fashioned guy, who operates the way things used to be. Its real simple,
I email you the agreement, and you mail out a check to me, and I start for you. No lists to buy, no auto dialer fees, No DNC to hassle with, no long distance bills, just REAL LEADS faxed to you!

When you sign up with me, I will show you how to work these leads to close more deals.
If you are already well versed in working temarketed leads, then you are "good to go", and dont need any help. And you already know how well telemarketed leads pay off.
I offer real support on my lead program to those who want it. And I am only happy when my clients succeed!
