I NEED HARD MONEY IN THE STATE OF UTAH. NEED 75% CASH OUT. O/O ,SFR, THE PROPERTY IS ON
5 ACRES IN THE SOUTHERN UTAH AREA, AT THE BASE OF THE PINE VALLEY MTN. THE PROPERTY WAS MODESTLY APPRAISED BY A BANK APPRAISER AT 544,000 IN JAN/2008. WE HAVE A 2nd FROM CHASE,
WHICH SHOWS AS REVOLVING DEBT AND WE NEED TO GET RID OF THE SECOND TO IMPROVE THE CREDIT
SCORES.
THE DEAL IS SISA, 630 MID FICO, SE. WE ONLY NEED THE TAKE OUT FOR 90 TO 120 DAYS.
WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO REPAIR CREDIT TO THE 700 RANGE AND GO ON A DIFFERENT PROGRAM.
