I have 5 hard money deals in Texas and so far have only found 1 hard money company to do one of the deals.
All 5 deals are 65% or below LTV
They are located in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas/Ft Worth
All 5 deals are under $150k
They are all SFR
COE is coming up very soon in a week or so
Anyone have any suggestions? It would be very, very much appreciated!
