I'm guessing these are a thing of the past??? Indy will only allow 75% LTV...someone has got to take em!

I was told when DU 7.0 comes out that Fannie Mae is going to start issuing more EA level approvals, hence more companies will start offering these products on May 31, 2008 as that is when the new DU comes out.
I also heard that they are going to try to get the MI companies on board with the expanded approvals.

Jill,
My Chase rep says they can't take them. Can you forward your rep's info? I know JMAC will take them - I guess I can sign up with them!
