| I was thinking about placing an ad in a newspaper that is in my town. The newspaper is twice a week. It would cost roughly $260 a month which to me is a pretty cheap investment so I was wondering if anyone is doing this right now and having success? |

| In my market, newspaper ads are totally ineffective. That goes for display ads and inserts. I've never tried classified. |

| It can work but do not do a general hey i do everything add. We have done a Wanted: Ad, a brief Did you know (highlighting a program such as 102% financing USDA or 203K rehab)but just a general picture with a list of programs and rates are great will not do well. |
