I can't find it but remember receiving an announcement on this for the wholesale side. Retail's still offering it. |

Wachovia has an AltA SISA that is 80/90 LTV/CLTV on O/O purchases min FICO-700, but I'm sure the rates are toxic.
Countrywide has a max 80%CLTV (75% in a declining mkt) and a min 720 on CLTV loans
Citi just dropped their LTV's to 75% (70% in dec mkts) |
