I have a SIVA or SISA loan in GA, 90% purchase, Self Emp,

Tried CitiMortgage and HSBC but Citi maxes out at 75%
HSBC rep told me MI won't cover it...What MI's wont cover 90% with 767 Fico??

Can anyone do this deal? Thank you in advance
