- OWNER OCC
- 780 MID
- SIVA
-55% CLTV

I can do a fixed second on a 11.50% 40 year fully amortized loan due in 10 with 3 month prepayment penalty with a cost of 3.50% and $695 underwriting fee.

that's pretty heavy on the points compared to what I've seen. what would the rate be? |
