Purchase Price $410,000
L/A $369,000

Full Doc
SFR
690 Mid Fico
30 Year Fixed
CA
I got a EA-1 /Eligible thru fannie mae DU
I am looking for a bank that can do this loan and get the MI company to insure it. |

| why on earth don't you go FHA...... I'm not sure, but if I had to guess, I would guess that FHA loan limits are higher in CA than in IL, where we're now at $410K for FHA..... cheaper MI |

| not sure why you are getting EA-1, but send it to me and I'll run LP on it and hopefully get an accept and we can proceed like usual. |
