This seems like a no brainer, but with the lenders wanting to have 1st and 2nd position on homes I am actually having some difficulty placing this. The first is a private loan at 4.75% for 30 years so i cannot touch that. I need a 2nd for $200K which will result in under 50% CLTV. 750 FICO self employed so stated income verified assets. Any suggestions.

11.50% on 40 year fully amortized fixed due in 10 with 3 month prepayment penalty with a cost of 3.50% and $695 underwriting close within 5-10 business days.
