I have another one for you. Here is the scenario Appraisal came in at $525,000 85% LTV (wants about $30,000 out) Loan amount is $446,000 putting his 1st adn 2nd together. fico is 699 no lates just paid some things may be higher o/o, SFH, in livermore CA, SIVA or SIVA has about $15000 in the bank wants something with i/o option We could maybe close the first at 417,000 and get a line of credit after it closes would like one loan 3/1 i/o or anything |

Looks to me like the crappy loan you posted earlier? Once is usually good. |
