| I found a few home down payment assistance programs and I was wondering which is the best to use/ Upon calling them dirrectly, i was unable to have my concerns addressed. I was just "PITCHED" on why I should use them and how mush they would cost... Please Help... Thank You! |

| I believe they are city loans? And they also have alot of restrictions.. I just got one of those letters in the mail. |

a lot of municipalities have various grant or low/no interest loans for people. There are also national programs like Nehemiah. Some are heavily restrictive of the area, income limits, loan limits, etc.
