Ok guys, I have a commercial loan, zoned C1 and the loan amount is going to be roughly 20K. My client has excellent credit scores and Godzilla Reserves

Any takers on whom I can place this one with?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, his own 401(k), heloc on principal residence, a bookie, unsecured bank loan ........
