Need Jumbo pricing on this scenario
SFR OO consolidation loan

Loan amount $840,000
Income Full Doc, Fico 702
CLTV 70%

Looking for best pricing at 6.25 and 6.5 30 year fixed

try ING, if you don't have to have a 30yr

will they do a PAP loan? Wachovia's portfolio is a good product for Jumbos

don't think so they are pretty old school. this is their primary and they will retire in the home. would love to look at ING but the waiting line to sign up I hear is quite lone.

let me know if it doesn't work for you; I'm signed up with them and their rates were < 6% on that scenario the other day.
